Cycle 1 Week 1 Wrap Up

Training: Hit every training day, got the workouts done, Squat and Deadlift are the two lagging areas i am hoping to bring up to speed, struggled to make the TM

Warmups and Training Health: I warmed up 3 times during the week with Agile 8 and Anterior Pelvic Tilt combined. Trying to work up to doing the Mobility routine daily.

Cardio: I got in 38,000 steps from a goal of 40,000 so pretty close.

Weight: My weight initially went down but has now gone up slightly from start of week.

Food: Did well on some days only and terrible on others. Mainly difficult when i work from home, also consumed alcohol which didnt help.
