Deep Mindfulness and Balanced Physiques
Pretty happy overall with my progress. I hit all my training days.
Really good with my warmups, mobility and agile 8
Training: My top lifts were:
Deadlift 6 reps @ 50kg.
Bench 10 reps @ 35kg
Squat 4 Reps @ 47.5kg
Military 5 Reps @ 25kg
Hip Thrust 6 Reps @100kg
My Weight dropped but then bounced back a little and is sitting around 58 but i feel pretty good, the midsection is a little pudgy. Going to see if i can hit 57 more then once next week.
Cardio i got in 49713 steps which met my step goals well and truly but now i want to up the cardio with some spin.
