-Verbal cues on exercises eg Deadlift: Push the world away
-Explain the movement eg we are going to do a hip hinge and when you get to the top of the movement you are going to squeeze your bottom hard.
-Use sound recorded messages to your client when giving feedback online.
-Encourage squad or team membership and buddy workouts
-Do verbal checkins face to face before a session skype or phone
-Use counting on reps and sets and encourage them to count
-Ask them to rate RPE or RIR
