EXSC120

Upon completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  1. demonstrate an understanding of foundational knowledge and scientific terminology related to the major sub-disciplines of exercise and sports science;
  2. identify the knowledge and professional skills necessary for a range of vocations within the exercise and sport industry;
  3. recall and explain important concepts on a range of topics within the exercise and sports science field; and
  4. apply critical thinking skills to evaluate and synthesise scientific research related to exercise and sports science to inform evidence-based practice.
